So the Catalans are now targeting Sami Hyypia for a move. Can't say I have emotions either way on that move. In my mind, Sami didn't have a good season last year and it might be a good idea to shake up the Liverpool defenders.
Rafa Benitez's first match at the helm of Liverpool is today and it also marks the debut of Djibril Cisse. Benitez tells us that he is looking for the current squad to find their places in his team, but (unless there is some language barrier) it sounds like he has in mind the acquisition of one or two players regardless. So who is coming and who is going? I wouldn't be shedding tears if Biscan and Henchoz were to go...
On another note, what of Le Tallec? I haven't heard tell of the young Frenchman in months!
