This is not good! And as attacks proceed (much to the delight of the White House) against the manner of the study, the refrain of Jeff Beck's "Nothing is Being Done" repeats through my head. Too bad that the UN has been so undermined in recent years as we need to have a coherent global development policy NOW. It's not "fair", but we can't have China industrializing like we did... not without dangerously affecting our food and water supply.
