Benitez must have said something significant to the squad @ the half as a far more cohesive side appeared. But it was not enough. Although ManU did benefit from the work of the 12th man (dressed in black), Liverpool still couldn't knock it in. The Liverpool goal was an OG - hardly convincing. Overall the defence looked quite suspect and there were many disappointing passes. A very disturbing result - not a confidence builder certainly.
