Rogers Consumer Service Backlash

Returning from my NZ vacation (my head is still reeling from the trip and the jet lag), I find word that one of my least favourite necessary evil companies - Rogers Communications - is having a PR nightmare as their consumer contracts come under fire. I'm not surprised by this backlash given how I personally have been handled Roger's service staff and policies (not to mention the numerous stories other people have brought forward).
