Minimally invasive computer education for India slums

An Indian educator put a PC with a broadband connection in a wall in the slums of New Delhi and saw some amazing results. Specifically, the street kids were very quickly able to achieve basic computer literacy and start surfing the net with a particular interest in online games. In his judgement, the effectiveness of teachers could be greatlt increased with children' access to computers.
