No more Internet Poker?
It is said that the US govenrment is working on a system to identify and stop payment to gambling sites. The news comes after the US Congress passed a bill cracking down on internet gambling, sending shares in gambling sites plummeting on Monday as the lucrative US market folds at the table.
The American Gaming Association, which represents casino operators based in Las Vegas and elsewhere, had asked Congress to fund a commission that would study whether online gambling can be regulated and taxed in the US.
