The Problem of E-Commerce

If you're active in the e-commerce space, then you are likely sensitive to the risks of online payment fraud. Services like PayPal try, but don't necessarily have the ability to fulfill on bad payments. But the market space is improving and the maturity/sophistication of ecommerce solutions is also growing. Expect that preCharge solutions will become commonplace - perhaps this is an idea for a certain fx firm that I know.
