Real Life is going Online
The Revolution will be online. And probably lead by a 7' Teddy Bear named "MoBius" in a leather jumper and playing the hurdy-gurdy.
My suggestion that OANDA create an online avatar doesn't seem quite so much a stretch. Reuters has opened a virtual news agency in the Second Life online world.
While many online virtual worlds are games that encourage users to live out a fantasy existence as a warrior or wizard, Second Life is intended to be a more playful version of the real world. Telus recently opened a store front there. An interesting trend given that a non-insignificanr part of the SL economy is the sale and use of online sex toys
